  • 2 - 8oz pouch of Good News Tuna
  • 1/2 cup white bread torn into small pieces
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives, green onions, or shallots
  • 1 raw egg
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  •   
  • devide into 4 patties while heating 2 tbs olive oil on medium high
  • cook until golden brown or 3 or 4 minutes per side
